Florida real estate is currently in the midst of collapse. Prices are down 15-20% from the peak in 2022 in SW Florida where I live. It is a slow motion crash like it was in 2008 with some areas falling farther than others. Buying in Florida is a risky proposition at the moment.
Yeah, 9+ months of inventory down there 😳 Due diligence and smart moves change people's lives. Unfortunately, so does emotional homebuying. Thanks for sharing.

So you loose you car and your home. Please be better prepared and stop rebuilding your houses in the same Way

@@WadeTomaszewski Watch out for sinkholes in riverview. Lots of traffic in all areas you are interested in. Beware of the taxes and home owner’s insurance. Good luck and I hope it works out for you. I grew up in Tampa, left 25 years ago and it has changed a lot. I will never go back. It’s just too dang hot now.
Why does everybody wants to move to FL….these people are making this state hard to live…thanks to them this state is going down the tubes…I didn’t move here for no weather…I had my hesitations and I wish somebody would’ve opened my eyes before I moved…it’s been the worst move ever….👎👎👎
@@Mary20002 Mary, we have a place in Delray Beach FL that's going up for sale due to the astronomical condo maintainence fee increase. We are five miles inland from the beach. I love Florida ( as most do a few months per year). We live full time in CT. I can't lie the cool weather as well as the four seasons appeals to me, it's a reprieve. I will miss visiting Delray as I do love some aspects of Florida, but the traffic is pretty bad, but it's getting worse here in CT as well
