1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp accent
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (for skillet)
Gravy ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 beef broth
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
6.5oz can Mushrooms or fresh Mushroom
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
