I went back and checked my receipt. It was US$300 Total return for two persons. Therefore, $150 return for 1 person. Much cheaper than most resorts. This price is from October 2017.

Sorry for my late reply. This row of water villas does not have a sunset view. That was on the opposite side of the island.
