Spartan Sagas: Gay Gira

Gay Gira is a 1979 College of Veterinary Medicine alumna who learned to give back to the community and her profession while at MSU. She's active in organized veterinary medicine and represents the state of Michigan as a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Gay, We worked together at Greenfield Village many years ago. You and the Burlap Bags performed one of the songs I wrote, "Fond of You." What you don't know is that you inspired another song I wrote titled, "That's Mae." You also don't know that I had a crush on you back then! It's good to see you again and learn of your career.
