Quando ero bambina, adoravo tagliare la pasta quando la mangiavo e mio nonno attirava sempre la mia attenzione per farlo (anche la mia bisnonna era italiana) principalmente per rispetto della cultura di un altro paese. Ora che vedo i commenti, mi rendo conto che è vero, e ciò che la persona fa nel video è inaccettabile e irrispettoso

That has to be the plainest pasta, I mean I add wine, garlic, herbs and spices and let it simmer for a good hour. 😂
