Looks are important, but people also have different standards of beauty or certain things they like and dislike so you could be very beautiful for somebody while for somebody else you could just be average

I agree. There's the reason you mentioned, but I also know people that really don't care about looks. I know someone that likes guys who are funny. If they can make her laugh a lot, he's golden. And I know there are people that care about what everybody else thinks looks good on a person. Like they'll date someone only if they are attractive to other people so that others can be jealous of her whether she thinks he's attractive or not.
They can say that looks is very crucial because of their culture. But when we go around the world looks actually doesn't matter.

For me it starts with look then personality starts taking a bigger role. So I could see someone and he may not be a physically attractive as I would prefer but after getting to know him and all that jazz and i start catching feelings I would no not care that much about what he looks like. So looks mostly matter as first impressions but the most important thing is the impression after that.
Most good-looking girls I've met have no personality or great humor.
So I prefer to hang out with the less uptight ones.

I think for everyone looks matter... but personally, it all comes down to whether I vibe with the person or not...so physical attraction is the first thing, but even if a man is the most handsome person, If the personality doesn't match with me then the attraction will immediately go away... and it's the same the other way round.. a guy might look very average but then if he has an awesome personality It immediately makes you attracted to him.. so I think looks only matter to a certain extend, at least for girls..

I feel like i haven't seen much of Hanna, i the last few months. it's nice to peel back through some of giggles, videos and find her.
Of curse when you see someone who’s good looking you’ll feel attracted to that person. But what I have learned is, just because a person is good looking, that doesn’t mean that 1. They are nice 2. Not jealous 3. Abusive 4. Insecure. So personality is more important, and having similars values. Back in college I dated a really good looking guy, I found him attractive and at first he was not crazy but after 2 months of dating I really just wanted to end the relationship. He was tooo jealous every guy or women that looked my way he thought I was cheating on him with, lied and literally believe his own lies, it took me 7 months to get out of it , in a way that seemed as if he was the one who made the decision( I was afraid for my life, he was that crazy) so before we graduated from our Criminal Justice class, I was finally free. Then I learned that he ex had a restraining order on him because he use to call her threaten her and call her names.
Sorry for being rude but the word u wrote in the beginning "of curse" made me laugh a lot for some reason😅... actually I was having a bad time and it kinda made me happy again..so thanks 😁😁 and I hope ur doing week now😊

About looks for me is more about balance, for example, if someone is handsome and dumb, i would feel attraction bc he is beauty, if someone is not pretty and is smart, i still feel attraction bc he is smart... but if someone is not pretty and is not smart, i won't feel nothing at all (and this is not about this two things, it could be about how fun someone is, how warn, how cute... basically looks is just one topic to see, but is far away to be everything). Attration is like a stack of thing, if it get at certain point, i will like someone (i don't fall in love easy, maybe that's way). Anyone that way too?

I'm someone who fall in love or develop feelings to a certain person because of their personalities, I mean yes sure I do get attracted with looks but the personality of a person is really what my heart kind of preach for. like I noticed this years ago when I really despised someone because of how I find him unattractive but when I got to know him and his personality I swear i fell head over heels for him. now, he is the most beautiful human being alive for me. and my heart sure will love him beyond forever.

Looks are subjective. What may look hot to you may not to another person. Also a fair looking person at first can seem more attractive once you get to know them and become friends with them. Plus a " hot" man or woman can be quite ugly once you get to know them. Instant attraction begins with looks that is true. It is hardwired in our DNA to seek out the most fit to reproduce with to keep the species strong.
