Those are soap shoes. They're designed for skaters, and sega partnered with them for Sonic adventure 2. They've been unused since SA2, but they do appear as a cosmetic for the custom character in Sonic Forces.
20 times kamehameha fits but the justice combo doesnt rather replace it with the big tornado from burter, why is hyper a seperate character? and super spirit bomb? he never used that in canon you couldve used rikuums ultra fighting bomber (or a similiar super) as hyper flash
