When delegating to employees, a system needs to be easy to train and operate. Simplicity is key.
Sure, we can build a machine that works well, but it's worthless if it's not something easily trainable on.
To the employee it's like trying to operate a nuclear submarine lol.
I've tried self contained, portables, air cooled truck mounts, and liquid cooled.
The best I've had with training is a liquid cooled tm. 3 hoses, and 3 switches to operate it.
Hope my decade of toil and frustration can aid you in your endeavors.

I agree but I'm not interested in hiring employees.
Right now I do 2-3 jobs a day, $600-800/day revenue without too much stress. Relatively low overhead. It's great

@@MrSteamFranchising So your franchise model is selling a brand for owner operators to run, correct?

@@WaxmasterJanitorial Yep, a turnkey system: website, operating manuals, training and support.
It's very expensive to start a franchise though, you need to pay lawyers a lot for the Trademark registration and Franchise Disclosure Document. Plus accountants to update the FDD with audited financial statements yearly
