WE DID IT! We finally ate vegemite! I know we ate it wrong, but we needed to try it in it's original form! Which snacks did we miss?
Its original form is withlots of butter on bread or toast. There is no other original form.
@@Bellas1717 Yeah, but EVERYTHING tastes better with butter so it's not a fair judgement of the actual vegemite 🤣
@@samandnick You don’t drink soy sauce, or eat sugar or pepper or spices by the spoonful. They’re designed to be eaten in combination. Same with Vegemite.
You can't judge Vegemite by eating it off the spoon. Nobody ever eats vegemite on its own. It is a spread mostly and is absolutely delicious on hot buttered toast. Toast must be hot, real butter must be used and just a skerrick of vege. Glad you enjoyed the majority of it all :D

Toast some bread, then butter that Toast & then a thin layer of Vegemite. Yummy Yummy get in my tummy. The vitamin B hit is good energy for the day ahead.

Vegemite is NEVER eaten straight. Even most Vegemite lovers will never eat it that way. Has to be done on toast with lots of butter.

When you brought the vegemite and left without bread and butter I knew this was going to be a disaster. The way to eat it is lots of butter on the bread and a tiny amount of vegemite well mixed into the butter. It's like putting a cup of salt on top of a quality stake and saying that stake is horrible

😂I actually went down to woollies yesterday and got the same as your list. The only difference was instead of cheese twisties i got the chicken twisties way better. Ive grown up on vegiemite since the early 80s and actually crave it on toast most time's its something you have to grow up with as kid. I suppose its just like we in Australia we cant get our head around peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.😂

Eating Vegemite off the spoon is about the same as eating a bullion cube. It's meant to be on hot buttered toast and very thinly spread.
We have heard that and were going to do that but wanted to try it raw to get the real flavor! Butter makes everything taste better 😂
America uses high fructose corn syrup (300% sweeter then any real/natural sugar, it's also Genetically engineered), we use sugar cane; Also you use dozens of highly carcinogenic chemicals, colour (colors) and flavours(flavors) preservatives etc, i wouldn't eat anything from America...

Yet another video of Americans eating Vegemite wrong. Should always be eaten with butter/ dairy spread or even cheap margarine if there's nothing else on hot toast. And just a tiny smear for beginners. Treat it a bit like a hot sauce you also wouldn't eat straight off a spoon.
😂😂 We wanted to try it on it's own to get the real flavor and get a real reaction! We were told before making this video to eat with toast and butter, but butter makes everything taste better! 😂
