Mezzmax broomstick. This is probably one of the best instruction on a how to. The best tip I've seen here is the relaxed right arm tip. I'm a leftie so soft left arm for me. Great instruction!! 👍👍

Very useful video - I changed to a Ping 46" broomstick about 4 months ago after taking >40 putts three times in a row in competitions. It has undoubtedly helped - I roll the ball much better and get it close from 30ft in much more frequently. Better for short putts but not yet totally secure - still looking up? I now carry two putters - the broomstick for most putts but use a conventional putter for very long putts or from putting from off the green. There is no doubt that I strike the putts much better than I did.

I thought this was cool, but never expected to spend the cash on one. I happened to see an Odyssey 2 ball putter on market place for $40, like new, needing a grip, along with a Taylormade mini driver like new, also $40. I contacted the seller right away and secured both for $80, not realizing what I had tillI got home, I was so focused on the club beads being so nice and new looking.
When I got home and pulled the putter out, I was like damn how long is this shaft!?!? After getting it fully out of the car, I realized what a score I had made! 2 $300 clubs for $40 each.
I love the broomstick putter, I have used it sparingly so far due to work, only a couple times at the range and a decent amount at home. Very impressed. I can see how I will really improve as I get used to the new style. I had already tried standing taller with my old putter, this is even better.

i have a mezz broomstick almost exacty like that except mine was a armlock that i had converted to a broomstick a month ago after getting for the first time in my life a case of dreaded yips. the brromstick (very similiar in looks/dimensions that lucas glover played at st jude in memphis where i first saw it) did the trick. love it. but you still have to put in the work (pleasure) to get the feel and roll down. i highly recommend them.

Great insight helped me out a lot, I just started using a long putter, and my big miss is my right wrist turnovers at impact and I pull the ball, I tried using the pencil grip and I don’t feel like I have control of the putter head. So I continue to search for a grip that will neutralize my right hand movements.

The only thing you have to do with the long putter is be persistent and practice. If you do that you will never give it up as it is easier to use than a short putter as it achieves a straight through action, instead of the circular action of a standard putter.

Foot wise I’m just a bit weird so pay no notice to that 😂 the balls also had alignment on them so felt weird aligning them off centre. I agree with what you’re saying, I feel like there’s a lack of information as to how to use a broomstick putter and also testing one out. Weird one

Two things I notice with that putter. First, it looks too short. I think when using a broomstick putter, you want to stand tall and look down (45*) at the line and not bent over looking sideways at the line. Secondly, your right arm is reaching too far down the grip, so grip it an inch or two higher. You’ll notice that on a long follow through, you’ll get too stretched out.
