Second part of the physical media I've bought arriving during September 2024... imagine what the whole thing would have been like in one video! This half has the Halloween movies and some import orders... the video should be smooth this time, not jittery!

Hi Justin, The Cat And The Canary has peaked my interest 🧐 as you may know, I have no objections to an older silent movie. I love that the studios are preserving these films for future generations…ohh a Kim Newman commentary as well 👌glad to bring The Shadow Boxing release to your attention….same with Mausoleum 😁 yes Bobbie was very Mamarable indeed 🤪 I need to get myself a copy of Watches (I believe Germany had a blu-ray release 🧐) Lady Frankenstein sounds like a hoot 🤣 oddly enough I have season 1 and 2 of Defiance but still need season 3. I did manage to track down all the seasons of Continuum. Love all the planned ideas you have mate 👍 Entertaining and informative as always Justin, take care mate👍😃👍

*The Cat and the Canary* 1927 silent really is the 'archetype' for spooky mansions on the moor movies; it has all the classic elements; though I must say the stage version I saw put in a lot more twists and changes to the original that kept me guessing... it would actually make a good 'new remake' script. I agree it's great that it's not just the _really famous_ silent movies that are gettin this tremendous treatment.
This new film called *The Watchers* seems have releases in quite a few countries, but not Germany (France and Italy do)... it's not the one with _Keanu Reeves_ from 2000.
*Defiance* season 3 seems to be a bit more rare but, from my investigations, it's Region Free all over the world so wherever you find it cheapest should be OK for you.
I got all the series of *Continuum* from all over but finally got them all (some US, some UK, wherever I could find them... presently at the beginning of season 3 where they're really getting 'timey wimey' confusing... and allowing bad characters a good side and good characters to be seen with less sympathy... which makes sense in that the terrorists have been merciless murderers since step one BUT they're actually fighting to keep freedom of speech and against money-trumps-everything corporations) it's always been an interesting dynamic - I think pushing it is very brave and I hope it pays off and I don't lose sympathy with _all_ the characters!
I hope the ideas pay off as I really want to introduce a wider spectrum of videos and have something that maybe is a little bit different... and hopefully popular! 😃
