In countries like ,Canada,USA ,Australia,New Zealand our culture is strong ,and Highland Games are held regularly ,also in other countries such as India ,Pakistan ,Nepal ,Jordan,France the sound of the Highland Bagpipes are heard

Brilliant-My poems from Anglo Boer war, I am an Afrikaner; my late wife had Scottish blood-Seller-great admiration for the Scots especially when bag pipes play.
    1) The Blades are high, the Lances strait,
    Where they sit and wait,
Loud and clear the Bugle blow,
    "Charge down the foe"
When they gallop back we ask” Who they are",
"That is the Scottish of the Third Hussar".
    2) The Scot.
In a country wide with mountains high.
Where by night the jackal cry, I am to make a war,
Why could I be, like my enemies home I see?
    Just living here!
(There is a strong Scottish link with the Afrikaner)

The two emotions this music instills.
When it's leading your column into battle:
    OH, HELL YEAH!
When, after a long silent wait, it slooooowly gets louder and louder as the enemy draws near:
    OH, HELL NO!

Oh be still my beating heart.
I'm a 28 year old man. Lived in the hood, lost friends to gunplay and wars.
Spent glorious time with my father in the bush.
But this, this is what makes my heart wail.
As a Canadian man, I love you Europe. My brothers. My dearest and nearest of kin. We must save the civilisation bequeathed to us from the glorious men who fought for her in the many hundreds of wars leading to today.
Today we stand with the technology and ability to UNITE under the banner of western heritage and European descendancy.
It is timw to honour our forefathers and rebuild our nation's. If not for them, then for our sons so that they may honour and appreciate our ancestors.
King to peasant, farmer to warrior. We Are Europe.

A nice poem by Ray Stevens
Well, blowin' that bagpipe, that's my bag
Hu-huffin' and a-puffin' on my bagpipe bag
Wheezin' and a-blowin' 'til my big fat floppy jowls sag
Make it sound like a train comin' over the trestle
If I blowed it any harder, I could bust a blood vessel
Blowin' that bagpipe bag -- OW! That's my bag
Ready, set, gonna blow a little bit...
He came over the water on a boat from Scotland
To the U. S., started him a rock and roll band
Playin' for picnics, parties, cookouts and parades
He'd stand on the bandstand in his red plaid kilt
Groovin' on his bag, how the melody would lilt
Played up at Harvard and down in Vanderbilt
He's a mess, huh huh, wears a dress
Well, blowin' that bagpipe, that's my bag
Hu-huffin' and a-puffin' on my bagpipe bag
Wheezin' and a-blowin' 'til my big fat floppy jowls sag
Make it sound like the whistle on a big ol' train
If I blowed it any harder, I could bust a blood vein
Blowin' that bagpipe bag -- OW! That's my bag
One, two... gon' blow some for you
Well, his name was Patrick Alfred Muldoon
Never got up 'til it was late in the afternoon
Practiced all night... you hum it, he could play it,
    Any tune, yeah
And he'd blow up flat tires to keep his lungs in shape
And his face would turn purple like a big fat grape
Ev'ry time he cut out on the chorus of "Claire de Lune"
Well, blowin' that bagpipe, that's my bag
Hu-huffin' and a-puffin' on my bagpipe bag
Wheezin' that thing 'til my big fat floppy jowls sag
Make it sound like a train comin' over the trestle
If I blowed it any harder, I could bust a blood vessel, huh
Blowin' that bagpipe bag -- OW! That's my bag
Ready, set... here we go again!
