I'm no longer bleeding, and I made it to this point partially due to the videos that were shared on this channel by Chelsea. Even at the depths of my anemia and abdomen bloating, her juice and salad recipies made me feel better within a few hours. And cleaned my system out from toxic hormones that were harming me at that stage. The video where she says she doesn't care how big the fibroids are, what type of cysts you have, or what trouble you have, you can get rid of it and shirink it down really hit home. I didn't have a hysterectomy. Last month, my doctor yelled at me that "I should have had a hysterectomy!" Why, when I could save my uterus as it was meant to be and be perfectly whole and healthy??? I couldn't believe she had such a negative reaction about me keeping my uterus intact, whole and healthy. Talk about Misogyny!! Women - this is what we are up against - a toxic system that wants to continue doing 600,000 Hysterectomies per year!!!!! Really??? We have to UNITE and STOP THIS!! With simple information like juices and salads, I was able to make it to where I now no longer bleed. I haven't had a sonogram to see if my fibroid is the same size, it was 8 cm. I can't even feel it any more, so I know it shrank. I had people in my life who had myomectomies, and maybe they felt they had to do this at that time and that's fine for them, but for me it was only 8cm at it's largest and so to me that didn't warrant an operation. I waited it out. I honestly believe the fibroids are the body's way of reaching out for more nutrients to try to preserve fertility. The tipping point for me was when I started applying a D cream Maxabsorb right over my abdomen - I started getting great shrinkage after that. I think maybe most of us just simply don't have enough vitamin D because we were meant to live outside under the Sun and Sky, and we don't any more. The D is in the sunlight. So by applying the cream to the reproductive area, I helped it. Most likely the body does everything it can to preserve that area in women, and it's a vitamin D hog. Ok..please reply..Im so anemic right now, I'm about to have iron injections...should I or nah but things have gotten so bad I don't think I have a choice at this point but what's causing me to be anemic is fibroids and I've been avoiding hysterectomy or any type of procedure but one of them is growing or has grown since my last ultrasound so it's how big into detox do you believe that this is a step to shrinking the fibroid to where I won't have to eventually have any procedures? Wow, I had forgotten all about that! It's 2021 now and I have since got a clean bill of health. No issues with fibroids to date. I have cleaned up my vegan diet. Still eat the occasional junk food. Yes it IS healthy to detox all the time... Chelsea is right on about everything here. And yes, you are supposed to sweat to detox, move your bowels to detox (after every meal), urinate to detox and breath out to detox EVERY DAY... you are already detoxing EVERY DAY... people who do not detox through normal functioning, have to do things like dialysis... think about it! As you alluded, I think the problem with the image of "detoxing" is that some forms of detoxing are too harsh the way some methods are prescribed... some ND's consider various intense liver flushing and doing excessive coffee enemas to be harsh... now, perhaps in life threatening situations like cancer, coffee enemas are in order as the Gerson protocol calls for... I for one, would rather do the Gerson therapy with coffee enemas than chemotherapy if I had cancer... sometimes there are things that do need to be done that are a little extreme... For most people, I like Dr. Groups, Oxy Powder for clearing the colon and more gentler detoxing through changes in diet and adding herbs like milk thistle... however, I am considering doing an enema daily while I am working to get rid of my huge fibroid if I feel like it is necessary... I am going with my tuition on that one, or maybe after I get my protocol going, I will add that in for a couple weeks and see what happens... I am "trying" to go raw vegan and give up some of my addictions, it is a real problem for me... I know what to do, but I am not doing it fully... at any rate, I understand that it is crucial to have a functioning colon which is why the Oxy Powder is good and that is the easiest, cheapest, gentlist way to keep the colon ready to get the wastes out otherwise you can reabsorb... look up reviews on Oxy Powder... my ND even likes that for constipation and we are going to start giving it to my dad who has liver and kidney failure as it should help prevent build up of ammonia waste that he has a hard time getting rid of... @@erikabyrd4754 I don't know for sure, but because fibroids have similar qualities to cancer tumors, coffee enemas are considered useful in helping to clear toxins from the liver into the colon to flush them out of the body... typically, coffee enemas are popularly used for general detoxification for healing other things... there is also the Andreas Moritz liver cleanse and other types of liver cleanses that could be utilized... I have not actually done the enemas, I just can't get my mindset to actually do that... however, I am thinking about doing the Andreas Moritz style liver cleanse which you would do once a month for a year or longer if needed... you are supposed to do that monthly until you no longer see stones flushing out... it could take 10 to 20 flushes according to Andreas Moritz... you are supposed to do either a colonuic or a water enema after every flush though... you can look up the coffee enemas and learn about the Moritz flush here on YT to learn more.

Hi Chelsea, I did a ultrasound and some blood test about April of this year and the result is that I have a Cis on my ovary and two other, one the left of my kidney on the right also. Ovarian cysts are easier to shrink than fibroids. I had an 11 cm and I know that has shrank. I still have a fibroid that I am working on. It has been a couple of years now. It is there but it is much smaller and I have NO fibroid symptoms. It takes time to shrink a fibroid that large also everyone's journey is different. One person may take a few months another might take a few years. It depends on the person and what is going on in their body.

@@WhatChelseaEats I will say that this last period I finally saw the results of my efforts although I had been feeling better almost instantly when I started, not so bloated; My period finally lightened up noticeably after 2.5 months and I'm so excited! Im definatly sticking to the whole diet, herbs ( spirillina & vitex & liquid plant based iron) and getting slowly back into daily walks and reps like squats etc. I eliminated grains recently and feel EVEN much better. Wow, I had forgotten all about that! It's 2021 now and I have since got a clean bill of health. No issues with fibroids to date. I have cleaned up my vegan diet. Still eat the occasional junk food. I am happy to say that I am thriving on my vegan diet! I cannot imagine going back to animal products. I only wish I had discovered this way of eating 20 or 30 years ago! Be Well.❤

Yes it IS healthy to detox all the time... Chelsea is right on about everything here. And yes, you are supposed to sweat to detox, move your bowels to detox (after every meal), urinate to detox and breath out to detox EVERY DAY... you are already detoxing EVERY DAY... people who do not detox through normal functioning, have to do things like dialysis... think about it! As you alluded, I think the problem with the image of "detoxing" is that some forms of detoxing are too harsh the way some methods are prescribed... some ND's consider various intense liver flushing and doing excessive coffee enemas to be harsh... now, perhaps in life threatening situations like cancer, coffee enemas are in order as the Gerson protocol calls for... I for one, would rather do the Gerson therapy with coffee enemas than chemotherapy if I had cancer... sometimes there are things that do need to be done that are a little extreme... For most people, I like Dr. Groups, Oxy Powder for clearing the colon and more gentler detoxing through changes in diet and adding herbs like milk thistle... however, I am considering doing an enema daily while I am working to get rid of my huge fibroid if I feel like it is necessary... I am going with my tuition on that one, or maybe after I get my protocol going, I will add that in for a couple weeks and see what happens... I am "trying" to go raw vegan and give up some of my addictions, it is a real problem for me... I know what to do, but I am not doing it fully... at any rate, I understand that it is crucial to have a functioning colon which is why the Oxy Powder is good and that is the easiest, cheapest, gentlist way to keep the colon ready to get the wastes out otherwise you can reabsorb... look up reviews on Oxy Powder... my ND even likes that for constipation and we are going to start giving it to my dad who has liver and kidney failure as it should help prevent build up of ammonia waste that he has a hard time getting rid of... I also like to do charcoal and bentonite clay to detox regularly. But, as I said, I am not fully doing what I need to do... but, I have done the research and concur with what you say here Chelsea. Now for the DOING part!!!!

@@erikabyrd4754 I don't know for sure, but because fibroids have similar qualities to cancer tumors, coffee enemas are considered useful in helping to clear toxins from the liver into the colon to flush them out of the body... typically, coffee enemas are popularly used for general detoxification for healing other things... there is also the Andreas Moritz liver cleanse and other types of liver cleanses that could be utilized... I have not actually done the enemas, I just can't get my mindset to actually do that... however, I am thinking about doing the Andreas Moritz style liver cleanse which you would do once a month for a year or longer if needed... you are supposed to do that monthly until you no longer see stones flushing out... it could take 10 to 20 flushes according to Andreas Moritz... you are supposed to do either a colonuic or a water enema after every flush though... you can look up the coffee enemas and learn about the Moritz flush here on YT to learn more.

Ask for mirena coil to be inserted. Drink bitter melon tea or anything bitter you can find to eat...fibriod love sugar and anything bitter it hates. Hi Chelsea, I did a ultrasound and some blood test about April of this year and the result is that I have a Cis on my ovary and two other, one the left of my kidney on the right also. The pain was so severe that I could hardly walk. I went vegetarian but taken anymore test as yet but I feel its still there. The pain is not too intense right now

Ovarian cysts are easier to shrink than fibroids. I had an 11 cm and I know that has shrank. I still have a fibroid that I am working on. It has been a couple of years now. It is there but it is much smaller and I have NO fibroid symptoms. It takes time to shrink a fibroid that large also everyone's journey is different. One person may take a few months another might take a few years. It depends on the person and what is going on in their body.

Im definatly sticking to the whole diet, herbs ( spirillina & vitex & liquid plant based iron) and getting slowly back into daily walks and reps like squats etc. I eliminated grains recently and feel EVEN much better.
