The gundam unit 4 took me to the land of pure beam playing. That hyper beam cannon is so trolly, watching 80% of a raid's health evaporate at the beginning of a charge is more magic then Fantasia.

Guilherme Silva i've honestly never seen Thunderdome, i was just referencing Mobile Suit Gundam Abridged, since they reference the movie or something when they get to the episode this map is from.
Relax, you are always the best master ever, because you deserve a great appreciation of your work.
One thing missing from the Gundam Ground is missing is it canonically has a 'super mode' in the form of MAX Mode, which is essentially disengaging a limiter on the suit to use its maximum performance, but with a great deal of strain on the unit. Kinda would like to see a version of the Gundam Ground with that.
i cant stand how many times lv 1 players are in rated games using lv 1 gm/zaku in a 400 point lobby.
Just a suggestion, Rob: fix your legs when you're out of the fight. It'll get you back into the fight and help save points. Otherwise, thanks for the video. 100mm MG on the ground type next?
Solid suggestion, it only takes a couple seconds
2:57 Proceeds to fall 4 times. 3 seconds to stand up each time. Dies in the end. Time required to heal a few bars of legs- not 12 seconds.

Practice! Practice and observation. A lot of it comes down to learning and observing the best time to attack your enemy based on when they've fired their weapon (or when they're likely to), when they've exhausted their boost with dodge rolls or tackles, things like that.

Something i never understood is why can't the Gundam ground tipe use the RGM-79 GM sheld?
It could, but the small punch shield was designed for more versatility. It can be used to melee (small spikes act as a force multiplier), partly bury to hold shield in the ground, and be small enough to maneuver in dense growth of Indochina, while large enough to cover the torso without obstructing the legs or vision. Practically, there was more effort put into drawing 08th MS Team than was previous Gundam titles. The large shield came about as a way to reduce animation costs and time.

Okay. Then you can't use it in the game because all mobile suits use their default shields and the small shield was used in the source material, 08th MS Team, in which these suits were introduced.
The White Dingo GM Sniper II can also use the Ground Gundam's beam rifle, but for the life of me I've yet to find any videos of anyone using that combination. That's pretty much why I made the patreon request for you to do it- whenever you get around to it of course.

why use it when the WD GM Sniper II's Sniper rifle is superior. it does more damage, has on demand stun, and the fact it has longer range really gives it a bigger advantage. yes you have to stop to fire, but, it really doesn't stop you for long compared to cannons and other weapons.
@@lupvirga Maybe a little variety? Having to come to a complete stop to use a weapon is a huge downside- its easily punishable (Both the WD GM Sniper II and the regular GM Sniper II have a bad reputation because of it.) The WD GM Sniper II can do more than just snipe- its got a pretty varied loadout.
Plus, you know, this was a PAID REQUEST. I don't complain every time I see Rob use a MS with a loadout I don't like.
That's great news to me. I will use it this way if it ever drops or comes up for DP.
@@supergeno128ds one, the pause is so short and quick that most of the time you CAN'T punish it. most of the time, if you hit someone using a sniper rifle, you would have hit someone using a baz or a normal BR. It's not that bad.
and i'm not complaining, i'm just saying WHY you don't see a WD GM Sniper II with the ground gundam br.

This map was made for the Gouf flight test type! Which is now my favorite go to ground type ms.
Death trooper Irefer to anything that can’t be used in space as a ground type that includes the amphibious ms too.
Ground Gundam is easily my favorite 300, its movement speed feels great
Damn Rob I'm a Brazilian and it really is very difficult to find another Brazilian in the game but you give a complete idea of the game thanks already saved me several times with the summons

Man, I find it hard to enjoy this game anymore. People get really emotional. Last night some guy randomly started trolling me and talking shit in messages. All I even did was hit his suit with a saber cuz it was being stolen. Cry about it -_-

Sadly, bazooka/shotgun to melee IS. Room after room of Efreets and GP03. Really wish they'd fix hit boxes and nerf stun. And dash-melee. Wah.
I had a dude freaking out on me in messenger because he saw me repairing my suit. I get that the apparent meta is fight until you die, but I'm gonna rep my legs.

Not a lot of Gundam games on pc. New Gundam Breaker and the upcoming G generation cross rays are the only examples I can think of. Would be nice to get more.

LOLLZmface I’m a pretty big fan of the g generation series. Not the biggest fan of wing and seed but I love 00 and IBO plus its a gundam game on pc I can’t miss it!
Can you show what parts you use on your load outs?

Maybe a short general tutorial on what mods would be best on what type of Ms too.
As someone who is in Rank A:
1) Anti Melee (melee defense)
2) HP parts (highest if it's low cost suit)
3) the parts that adds max thrusters (this depends on what type you using but generally it's more effective than cool down parts)
4) Attack parts
Legs are more important at high cost MS but not on low ones, it's better to just add HP
Anti Beam and Anti Ballistic is good for filling medium slots but above level 1 it's usually not worth it
Gundam is awesome, my first experience was G-Gundam, then I watched Gundam Wing then Gundam 00, but I wanna ask, if anyone knows... Will this game have suits from those series or no? I heard it never will and if that's true it makes me sad.

Glad to hear it! But I'm sorry to say that it's true: GBO2 is set in the Universal Century, so unless something major changes we're only ever going to see stuff from that timeline. So that rules out G, Wing, X, Turn-A (probably), SEED and SEED Destiny, 00, AGE, Iron-Blooded Orphans, and Reconguista in G.
