Hello everyone, welcome back! Today I bring you a Rick Grimes video, my first one in over three years. I have been waiting for The Ones Who Live to come out so I can finally edit this character again, and so far, it has not disappointed. Seeing Rick again after so long was amazing, and editing him again was some of the most fun I have had while editing in my time as an editor. To me, Radioactive is the perfect song for Rick, and even though I have used it before in the past, I felt like using it again. I also decided to remix both the original Imagine Dragons version and the cover by Koda, as both fit Rick really well. Be sure to expect more Rick videos in the near future, and with that being said, I will see you all in the next one.

I've seen quite a many rick grimes tributes with Radioactive, even made one myself, but this takes the cake as the best one I've seen period.
Mixing the two songs together was such a genius idea. The more epic and slowed paced sounding version introducing the edit really let the video build up before it exploded with intensity and action with the normal version of the song. Also they blended together damn perfectly, it wasn't extremely obvious that there was a cut or something when the Koda version transitioned to the normal version.
Some of those parallels were on point too. Especially the bit with Rick breathing at 0:29. The koda version doesn't have that breathing sound effect like the OG does, so making Rick do it was really smart and it fit so well. Also all the action sequences were peak editing fr.
Sorry for typing out a book, just wanted to express how good this was. Amazing work dawg, this was some good shit.
