Starter motor Repair/Servicing.

Self motor is one of the most important part of our motorcycle.Without a proper working self motor the whole motorcycle may get paralysed.So in this video i explained in detail that how easily you can do the servicing of your motorcycle's self motor. I covered each and every detail so that you can complete the self motor servicing easily without any hassle and confusion.Here i performed the task on Hero motocop's HUNK motorcycle and the process is totally similar for HERO CBZ,HONDA UNICORN,HONDA SHINE,HONDA CB SHINE and other similar Bikes.I also covered the carbon brush replacement.

This is the exact video with entire guidance I was looking for, I have sucessfully changed my CBZ Xtreme self start only motorcycle by watching this. Your brush holding h clip idea is awesome 🙏. As my negative terminal screw was damaged by internal flash, I connected with the other screw but that requires a longer wire length, So I soldered with old wire to manage this. Earlier I have changed chain sprocket and front disk brake pad by watching your video... Really impressive, as I am watching your video getting confidence to make most of the repairing work done by myself. A big Thank You...

Maine ye video 1 week pehle dekha tha aur aaj isi tarike se Carbon brush change kiya. Halaki thoda waqt jyada lga kyu ki starter bolt khoolne mae kafi mehnat krni padi. Woh jaam ho chuke the but finally thanks to you Sir ji ki apki video ki help se maine apni self start ki problem solve kr li woh bhi sirf Rs-70 mae. Mechanic sirf repair krne ke 600-700 keh rha tha aur naya lagaane ke 1500. Many thanks Again.😀😀👍👍

Only few points ; the motor nuts were very difficult to open - the appear to be using very soft nuts ; the heads got easily damaged ; the screw for the ground brush also got stuck and I had to break the screw ; reassembled using only 1 screw as ground brush ; the clip idea is key to reassembly ; and opening of the power connector is key !!!
