HEY CeeBoo.... sorry im just catching this vid... I'm sooooo behind on vids is ridiculous! Loved everything you got.. i did order another color and super Scoop. A couple of the polishes i got had weird bumps in it but only like 2 out of the whole color Scoop! Awesome Scoop.. thanks for sharing CeeBoo!😘🤎🥰

I was really excited to try their products and now I’m just really disappointed but mostly who’s they treated me. I was polite and never asked them to give me anything in return. I just wanted to see why I only received a small box for a super scoop and half the product and was wondering if there was some kind of mistake. Anyway, I’m sorry to rant on here. Hi Wendy! Unfortunately I had to private the other video because someone pointed out my address flashed for a second 😬 But thank you for the update! I'm really sorry you had such a poor customer service experience with them 😔 That's a bummer, because the products are good for the most part. I did get one more $20 scoop from the new batch to compare, and they're definitely more worth it than some of the supers. I'm making one more video, and I'll probably mention the inconsistencies if you don't mind me referencing your situation! I won't use your name though. I appreciate you checking out my Etsy! I love watching people work with polymer clay. You can make some beautiful things with it, but so sorry to hear about your house fire. I hope your insurance helped with the damages. For tips I do use Enail for my XXL square sets, that's actually how I found them, but the rest are either Makartt's new Pump Up soft gel tips or a brand called EC Gelike from Amazon! They have great tips that are on the thinner side, but that means I can build a lot of art layers on top.
Thanks for the information on the brands. I like trying new products and really like to experiment. I’m in a smaller space right now so there’s not much space for storage so I’ve been getting creative! lol. The little flowers you use, I make those with polymer clay as well and tons of other things. I’d love to tie those two hobbies together. I have some ideas. You can use my experience all you like. I can even send you our email to verify if you like. I really wish I had just purchased scoops instead but I thought if I was paying for shipping, may as well make it worth it. With a coupon, I still paid $103 plus almost $15 for duty and taxes even though I already paid taxes on the products. I mentioned that to EC after they told me I obviously didn’t know what a scoop was. I asked if they realized that the bulk of their scoops are bought by people watching these unboxings and that except for the ones the scooped lives, most were a mixture of the exact same products with a few exceptions and a couple where they got much less than others (like me). It definitely is NOT random as they want us to believe and that was obvious when I purchased it. I’ve heard good things about some of their products but I’ve heard horrible stuff about Max and his customer service as well as heard him make fun of a customer for having a negative experience.
