"More than a Wizard" Digital Painting Timelapse

This is a character I worked on during a few of my recent streams. It started from me wanting to paint this over the top type of wizard hat and it slowly grew into a character of its own. Haven't decided on a name yet but some of the viewers pitched in the idea that he's actually a dragon in disguise, who was once an adventurer that outlived most of his companions and loved ones.
I'm slowly getting closer to a process that I'm more comfortable with and there are still things that I need to improve, especially regarding color and value control. Slowly but surely, we're getting there.
