Yes.... why not just get the artist to do the animation? Cuz traditional animation is so expensive. The band looked into how much it would cost to do an animated video for their last album and the cost averaged out to several thousand dollars PER SECOND. Also fun fact: Andy Kingsley one of the lead guitarists say that though the riffs in this song sound simple, this is one of the more challenging songs on the album to play due to its speed and being all down picking. Having seen the 1st official live playthrough on his streaming channel, I believe him.
Well I agree with you, why don't let the real artist do the job. The things is, real artist art and get it animate is way more hard and way more expensive, simple as that But using AI generate doing MV about android became sentient is very fitting tho lol
I wish Grant's screams and rhe guitars were louder in general with this song. At times it feels like the instruments are just doing their own thing, compared to how they always worked together in the previous two UTA albums.
So, coming back to this reaction and my own comment from 5 months ago, I absolutely love this album. I think when I first listened to it, I wanted it to be apex or abyss so bad that I forced myself not to like it as much. When I just focus on this album, as its own thing, it fricken slaps! Especially the title track Phantoma.
I honestly can't wait until the album
Love it. Been so excited for them to drop a new song/album. This is my most anticipated aside from The Black Dahlia Murder this year
Didn't know Unleash The Archers released a new song!

Nice callout for the vocoding, chef's kiss
I like how it is played in a major key! Happy power metal is a good thing
The new album is about robots and all that so I can appreciate them trying an entire video in AI.
Dragonforce released 2 new songs, Power of the Saber Blade, and Astro Warrior Anthem!

I miss times when their guitars sounded really heavy.
I love these guys but this was rather ho hum. Just too bland for me.
A bit underwhelming. Like Brittney's vocals, but not a fan of the video. But it's one song. I'm sure the album will be good.
