INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
1 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Salt
1 tbsp oil
Water to knead
FRANKIE MASALA:
2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
little black salt
MASALA:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 green chillies
1 onion into slices
2 tsp ginger garlic
2 tomatoes chopped/pureed
Salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
200 gms Paneer
1 capsicum
some cabbage
Fresh coriander

Quite a tempting recipe, will definitely try this. One question- do you remove seeds and that soft pulp from tomato before cutting? In the video when you pour I could not see seeds, so just checking. 😊
