I appreciate the Salt that zoning playstyles elicit when one is not in the mood to deal. But don't discount Sooneo or other zoning enthusiast's skills. I hate it too. But it does require skill. And Sooneo been done already done had his in terms of demonstrating his skill.

Keep in mind this is a tournament that’s not only being played online, meaning there’s gonna be some lag even on the most stable of connections, but also they’re playing competitively, so your nerves are gonna mess with you a bit.
So smoke is bullshit character? I haven’t played the game yet. Thinking about it
Since day one, teleports, invisibility, mixups, he is annoying, but you can learn to get around him, just have to play smart not reckless.

Nah. He's in the mid to upper mid tier. He only looks BS cos he's online, people figured out the match up a while ago offline. He's the biggest character discrepancy I've seen between offline and online in a while, even Scorpion and Sub-Zero have had more success.
There's 3 crazy Smoke players rn tho, JustNastyy, Redbull, and SIX. They each play him a little differently
TNS need to either ban the flesh pits or abandon censoring fatals.

Yup, still a very popular game. Just not so much with the competitive scene. MK1 didn't do a whole lot to bring in a lot of new players to the FGC.
