@@christian.cruz0392 el hecho de que se cayeran no quiere decir que no sepan controlar el circuito, la mayoría de los patinadores han tenido dificultades en esa curva, esa situación le pudo pasar a cualquier hasta el mejor del mundo puede caer.
Cuando vas a una velocidad considerable y chocas con otro es muy difícil poder sobre llevar esa situación.
Y no vengas a decir cómo controlar sus patines a potencias del mundo en este deporte como china o Colombia.
Es más la chica colombiana tiene más medallas de oro en esta competencia que muchos delegaciones.

Quien fue el idiota que diseño esta pista de ruta? Parece que fue hecho por alguien de hockey o patinaje artístico. Es horrible. Una vergüenza. Especialmente para un mundial.

lo que querian con los world games es darle visibilidad al patinaje de velocidad. El circuito estaba en una calle transitada para que la gente pueda verlo, si quieres que la pista sea buena están los mundiales como el de ibagué

Birmingham streets are terrible.
This has to be the WORSE locations for inline racing! The tracks a trash. The location is in the ghetto. I am surprised there are no homeless walking around in the backround.
You saw the preserved structures of an industrial city, not a ghetto. Yes, Birmingham has homeless people. Birmingham chose not to displace any homeless people for the games, because the homeless are people too. Other cities do ship homeless people away when hosting events, and that would be why you aren't accustomed to seeing them.

The road course is a disgrace to the sport.
You are not breaking any records there, bones, maybe.
It is the worse location for the racing they could have chosen.
They had ALL of Birmingham to choose from, and they picked the worse part.

(I didn't actually see any homeless, but it highlights exactly the type of area it looks like.) Why would you want that on the world stage? Total disgrace. Horrible location and horrible track conditions.
@@Elemental_Entity I hear you- crap track, ghetto buildings, and homeless vibe. You know The World Games committee itself reviews and approves the venues, not the host city. And TWG is governed by IWGA. IWGA operates under the IOC. TWG sent me a survey post-event. Maybe they sent you one also. That survey may be a more effective platform than RUclips. Be sure to tell them you almost saw a homeless person, that should get their attention. Cheers!

It's not about seeing homeless (you keep focusing on that aspect I mentioned).
It's about unfit facilities in unfit locations creating unfit track conditions.
The location is very remote making attendance almost none existent.
It's as though the IOC goes out of their way to hide inline speed skating.
Bringing that to their attention is like screaming at a wall. They don't care.
The fact that your replying to me is more recognition than they will give anyone who doesn't have a financial influence, so technically, it has been more effective on youtube.
These same people are contemplating adding Pole Dancing to the Olympics, so let that sink in regarding the decision makers lack of logic and financial greed.

Your comment had four sentences, and you dedicated fully half of them to ghettos and homeless people to convey your disappointment. Ghettos are where very unfortunate people live, and the homeless are even more destitute. I do keep focusing on that aspect, and it seems to be escaping you as to why. I won't debate you on TWG or IOC responsiveness, nor the suitability of Pole Dancing as a competitive sport. Frankly I do not care. But poor people and homeless people are just that: People. They are not tools for analogy. I have called that out, and I have shared with you the existence of a path to give feedback directly to those who have the ability to do something about it. It's up to you what you do with that. All the best!
