Do you have long locs (or A LOT of them) and struggle with styling them yourself? Try putting them in braids first and then style. Yes, it takes time to braid but it's worth it in the end because you may find it significantly easier to style and restyle for weeks. You can actually wash your locs in braids so they can last as long as you see fit! (Unless you are tender headed like me, in which case, try not to braid too tightly) Try this tip and let me know how it goes!
My locs are up to my butt and I don't tend to do much with them. I started putting them in 2 strand twists which helps before wearing them up. Didn't know about washing them in this state🤔.
Hi Keisha Charmaine! Your locs are absolutely lovely. I’ve been following you for a while and I’m inspired by how far you have come with your locs and brand. If you haven’t already done so, would you be open to doing a video on how you started your line of oils and Infinity head wraps? Like a break down of the steps you took. That would be really nice to see. Peace and blessings to you and I wish you the best. Thanks for your great content 😊
Beautiful and educative as always!! Can't wait to have as much length. Questions. 1)What hair dye (black) do you use? 2) How often do you dye your hair? 3) What do you use to treat your dyed hair?
The hairstyle is very lovely Keisha😍😍. I think all styles look good on you. I can also imagine it being very heavy for your head. I started my loc journey in March this year and all I do is keep it loose or wrapped. Maybe when time passes I feel like doing styles but for the moment letting my locs free makes me very happy 😊
So cute, unfortunately I'm new to the loc journey 😂😂😂 I just started mine about a week ago I've been watching a slew of your videos to get more info on how to care for locs I can't wait until mine start growing out 😂😂😂, you got some beautiful locs so I'll be front and center when you post another video ❤️
I have waist length dreadlocks and trim a few inches every year or so. The ends will be blunt at first, but after while they begin to heal and taper off again, which to me looks more natural. It takes a few weeks if you can be patient.
@@KeishaCharmaine The work I do on my job involves using my hands and fingers a lot. (typing). My locs are mid-back length, and my hands sometimes cramp up really bad when I am trying to retwist my hair. It's been hard to find a stylist where I live who does locs. They do mostly straight hair. I would have to go into certain neighborhoods to find a person that does natural hair and/or locs, and I don't feel safe doing that. I haven't decided if I will cut them or not, but I'm really considering it. My five year "lociversary" is next month.

Thank you for the support and the video suggestion! I'll definitely make a video on how I built my brand.

Great Video! I have long locs too and I want to blunt cut 4 inches off my length. Will this ruin my locs?
Sonshine Brady it won’t ruin your locs. Ppl cut inches off all the time. We all don’t want locs down passed out booties lol

Those are really cute, Keisha! Do you do your own locs all the time? I am considering cutting mine after almost five years. I don't know....😣😣
Thanks! I do them 99% of the time. The other 1% is when a pro styles them for a photoshoot. Why do you want to cut yours?

Do you know how many locs you have in total? I feel like you've said it before, I just can't remember.
Kiesha where do you go for your locs I’m located in nyc as well
😩 finally I was here before 100 views
Thanks for coming early!
I almost that I read cheated wrong and imagined it said created lol
Hello need help what to do to stop my locs at the end to break plus dry locs
dearly peter you can use green tea mix with oils and essential oils and store it in the fridge
I love Bantu knots but now that I know braids can shorten locs...no more braids for me!
Andreya Pinkney noooo I mean they look shorter in braids! They’re still just as long when you take the braids out when you wash the crimps out.
