A very enjoyable watch. Oh!!! to be 27 again and to be able to take advantage of all the photographic opportunities our beautiful country offers. Nice job!
amazing contents, started watching because I was looking to get a 100-300mm for race track event, and now I'm watching Wild photography adventure through your lens.
@JeremyNeipp hopefully I get my lens in time for the event next week and I'll report back the experiment with that telephoto lens. Probably upload a video on it.
I have lived and worked in Yellowstone for a few summers. This brings back a lot of good memories. I think I have a gazillion photographs of Yellowstone wildlife. Harlequin ducks are one of my favorite. Last year I worked at Lake, so I was only a few miles away from LeHardy Rapids. I would go down in the evening and sit and watch them. There were also Merganser ducks raising their chicks a little farther down stream that were also fun to watch. I hope to get back next summer.
@@JeremyNeipp I hope to go back next summer. Evan and I tried to meet up last year, but our off days never seemed to match up. He was up at Canyon and I was down at Lake. Maybe next year.
Thank you! :) Unfortunately no, I was in communication with a rep who actually wound up leaving their job, so I haven't made an attempt to reconnect since then haha.
@@JeremyNeipp Alright, I’m just want you to review the XH2-S so badly because I’m thinking about buying it and there aren’t really in depth wildlife reviews about the camera.
Fantastic story telling Jeremy! You inspired me again to keep shooting. Such a great cliff hanger too. Can't wait to see more bear photos, it looks promising
Happy birthday bro! I had my 30th birthday at Yellowstone a couple years ago as well. There's something about that Park that makes it so special. Loved every minute of this video and I absolutely loved those bison shots and the reflection from the lake!
Jeremy, hi. I've been watching your channel for a long time, and I came across this guy's video the other day and watched a couple, also from Yeloustone. Well done, you charge people with the beauty of nature. And probably many people have a desire to join the shooting of wildlife themselves. Success in your work and further growth in the number of subscribers of the channel.
If you are going with Panasonic’s MFT format, the 100-300 isn’t a bad budget choice. However, I wouldn’t get the GX85 for wildlife photography even at the cheapest level, it’s not made to do quick adjustments on the fly due to button layout, which is a must in wildlife photography. Personally, I’d go G9 if you were doing Panasonic MFT on a budget.
That’s a hard question, but I would say that it’s right on the edge. If you already own an MFT super telephoto then the G9 isn’t a bad option at that price, but if you don’t already have the lens, I’d invest into something else 👌
That's a hard call, around 900, 1000 is a tough range, once you hit 1,500 you start getting some much better options, so if I were you honestly I would save up just the little bit more required, but if you absolutely have to stay in that budget, the G9 or the OM-5. If you can spend a bit more, Canon R7 is a great option around 1.5k, Panasonic S5II is a great option around 2k. Also, I a may be willing to part ways with my old G9 and telephoto lens that goes with it, so you can reach out to me at my email jeremy.neipp@gmail.com if that does interest you :)
Stellar video man! I had a blast hanging out with you in the park and shooting everything Yellowstone has to offer! 🙌
Thanks so much!! It was such a great experience shooting with you and super excited for future collabs to come! 🙌🏻
The collab I didn't know I needed. 10/10 experience watching y'all in your element 😊
Sick collab!
This video was done amazing. Great editing and voice over work. I couldn’t believe it when I saw you only had 15k subs. Keep up the great work.

Nice to see you again! I was interested on the d800 so I bought one! With 36 megapixel and full frame 🎉 so I can get better shots on birding
Congrats!! Glad you were able to get into the hobby :)

Are you shooting with Micro 4/3 or FF? Looks like either the G9 or S5 model.
FF! Mostly shooting S1R and some S5II
You deserve way more subs and views and likes jUST EVERYTHING high quality content i hope you blow up soon:)
Thank you! I hope so too :)
What's your opinion about lumix gx85 with the 100-300mm lens for budget wild life photography?
If you are going with Panasonic’s MFT format, the 100-300 isn’t a bad budget choice. So-so pictures.
so fucking good content
Hey quick question! Is the panasonic g9 still worth it in 2023 used for around 800 dollars, or should i look into something else?
That’s a hard question, but I would say that it’s right on the edge. If you already own an MFT super telephoto then the G9 isn’t a bad option at that price, but if you don’t already have the lens, I’d invest into something else 👌
@@JeremyNeipp okay so i dont have a lens, what would you recommend for around like 900 to 1000 euros/dollarsfor a body? Love your videos by the way!
