I’m a millennial generation viet khieu and I agreed with Huy on the economic shock. Vietnam has advanced rapidly every year. This is a great place to buy land and invest in. Good luck Huy that was a great interview!
As an American who is planning to move to Vietnam I can say the healthcare is definitely not “better”. We may have access to better equipment in the medical industry but healthcare is more available and much more affordable in Vietnam. I pay $200 for a doctors visit in America and often feel they don’t help at all. I also pay $400 a month for health insurance premiums. I also feel much safer in Vietnam. Here in America we have more guns than population of people. Children get shot and killed in schools all the time. There are homeless people everywhere and they are dangerous as most of them are addicted to drugs. America has one of the worst drug problems in the world. There is no American dream at all outside of potentially being able to make much more money. However where I live a one bedroom apartment costs around $2,200 a month. Utilities and internet is going to cost you around another $300-$500. Anyway, I know many Vietnamese who are interested in going back to Vietnam 🇻🇳
Agreed. My mom has insurance in the states but she would only go to the dentist here in Vietnam. The services she receives here would’ve cost her thousands in the states.

Merci pour cette vidéo. Mes 2 enfants sont jeunes et vietnamien Français je considère le Vietnam comme un pays très prometteur ( les résultats sont là) je leur conseille chaque jour ( 5 langues) de croire en l'Asie.
I operated a successful Construction business in NYC for 8 yrs making over 150k But Taxes were very high 38 % so no real incentive to make more money as they just Tax u more..That's the real deal ..I moved to Florida where the tax is 10 % But the sales tax on All goods you buy is 8% so they end up getting your money anyway...

In France 60% taxes (VAT / Social / PIT etc ...) as a self employed person ;)
