Brock Lesnar was given the same pampering treatment. That's why I'm glad that both him and del rio are gone and it better stay that way.
The real problem was that Del Rio embraced his "Spaniard Drug Lord" themed character and messed with the drugs in real life. He is the only one responsible for why WWE finally kicked him to the curb for good. AEW would have never given him the second chance that he got with WWE.
Of course, him lying to a promotion who let him only defend their world title a meager 4 times in a year and a half. he held it should have given Vince an clue.
In reality he did not do drugs nor did he hit women, and as a champion in those times they sold very well, there were even many Mexicans in the front row just to see Alberto
