  • I’m thrilled to invite you to this enlightening message celebrating the off-the-charts love and grace of God.
Join us as we unpack transformative truths about our once-for-all forgiveness and our death to both the Law and sin, highlighting the freedom and new life we have in Christ. We’ll also explore the resurrection power that has radically changed us and provided us with imparted righteousness.
Don’t miss out on this empowering message that will inspire you in the profound reality that Jesus really did do it all for you, making you completely forgiven and completely new!
    Discussion Questions:
    1. Why is it important to frame the entire gospel in terms of how much Jesus did?
    2. How does past tense in Ephesians 4:32 and “all” in Colossians 2:13 factor into our forgiveness?
    3. React to this statement: The Law is an all-or-nothing proposition.
    4. React to this statement: The Law gives sin opportunity to be aroused and master you.
    5. How is our death to the Law the same as our death to sin?
    6. Cite three ways the resurrection of Christ has transformed you.
    7. How does circumcision (cutting away) in Colossians 2:11 offer you a new perspective on the flesh (Greek: sarx)?
    8. React to this statement: You’re dead to sin, dead to the world, and dead to the flesh!

Its the good news that brings people to repentance and this good news gives us an empowerment not to sin.
For its by the abundance of grace that we reign in life by the One man Jesus Christ!
Pity tongues are not for today and healing in the atonement.
But that isn't correct because Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever!

I really don’t get this. “Just be led by Jesus”. But everything Jesus had to say was like the Law on steroids!! “Go and sell everything you have and give it to the poor and come follow me.” Has anyone ever really done that? Missionaries maybe, so I’m supposed to move to Africa and bring nothing with me? “If you even look upon a woman with lust you’ve committed adultery with her in your heart.” Who has really ever done that? So I’m never supposed to be attracted enough to a woman to want to marry her? So you’re saying, “Be led by Jesus and just ignore everything Jesus ever had to say in the recorded word.”?? If I don’t have the written word I’m just supposed to follow my “feelings” or “what I think he’s saying”?? What if I don’t know what he’s saying?? Like what college to go to or what woman to marry?? And how do I know it’s Him and not just my own thoughts and feelings??

I understand your frustration, friend - let me help you: as you state, Jesus did teach the law, but your missing element is the understanding of why He preached the law. Jesus did not preach the law in order to show us how we should work to be perfect by the law - Jesus preached the maximum extent of the law as a means to show us that WE CANNOT LIVE UP TO IT. We cannot justify ourselves by law-keeping because we simply cannot live up to God's standard of perfection, which means: Jesus taught us the law in order to show us why we need a Savior, why we need Him! In context, Jesus was preaching to Jews who thought their law-keeping was sufficient to justify them, but Christ's teaching showed them that none of them were anywhere close to living up to God's standard of righteousness - and this is why the Pharisees hated Him and killed Him! They thought they were righteous, but Jesus showed them they were self-righteous frauds, and to this day the same is true of all the false teachers who tell us we're supposed to justify ourselves through our own law-keeping and works righteousness.

I've been where you are, man. You haven't discovered the access to God's grace that we have through Christ - we are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. You have to check out David Benjamin, he's the best grace teacher on RUclips. Go deep on his videos and you will begin to discover the magnitude of what Christ has done for us and what we have in Him. Just know that because you believe in Christ, condemnation is not your portion and you do not have to justify yourself through your works, through what you do. When Jesus said, "It is finished", that means all the work is done by Him and all we have to do is believe it.

Andrew the law was a school master given to the Jews, not gentiles. I don't grasp why you say the law is the school master of gentiles to. After the cross the Holy Spirit convicts all of unbelief through the gospel. Not the law. Please stop bringing the law into the new covenant. It makes Christ an unacceptable priest for He is of the tribe of Judah.🙏
