My family was forcibly removed from Hiawasse, we rescued members of the lost colony and other ancestors land was stolen on the Chattahoochee river ( now called the Cherokee country club) of which they were never compensated for. My father suffered intergenerational trauma it was hard to watch him suffer. But don't feel sorry for me because I bought our land back in Chestuee (Rabbit town) Tennessee paid in full. I have an Emotional attachment to that land and I'm going to be buried one day. Remember Thanksgiving was the last harvest and the beginning of the massacres. I wont be celebrating that fact. Enjoy your Turkey.
