Not everybody can afford costumer made juwellery. I learned it this way in Peru. But here they have fantastic machinery which is very expensive. Well done
I have the intent to order a draw plate so I can process the discs of sterling silver I have. I have been cutting them into strips and forging the corners / edges round by hand with a hammer on my anvil. It is encouraging to see it is possible to draw wire by hand.
You want to give it a try with out the expense of gold or silver, a bronze wound guitar string #16 or #14 or even #12 copper house wire, l have everything that l listed, you could be able to do it without annealing it's workable as is, if you want to soften them only go as fare as dark cherry red and right into water, as soon as I'm done with my patio l will give it a try.

Purple shirt guy's coke nail was amazing. It's hard to believe such beautiful jewelry comes from a shop so filthy. They can't afford a cleaning crew? There's no reason for a workshop to look that bad.
i just cannot believe they cannot hire someone else that don't do cocaine ...like if there no young motivate people out there that would be a better fit then gross coke guy!
If a jeweler has cut facets into a piece, it's usually because he's trying to hide his poor work quality. Like joins that were done really badly, like the first bracelet. At places that knock out huge quantities of product. But care little for actual *Quality.* Usually it's middle eastern countries. Which I'm betting these guys are. Not that there's anything wrong with mass produced jewelry. But it just seems a waste of a rare and beautiful metal like Gold. To turn it into junk costume jewelry.
Yes, place is Turkey. no need to make it perfect quality becouse gold is gold and same value everywhere. Perfection doesn't really matter. It has no emotional value. it's just an investment.
Gold is never costume jewelry by definition. Diamond cutting is still considered very fashionable in the East and Middle East and isn’t done to hide seams - it is done to add facets to the gold so that it sparkles like a diamond hence the duality of the name - Diamond cut. All that being said, diamond cutting went out of style here in the west several decades ago and I personally don’t find it all that appealing but a 100 gram gold bracelet isn’t junk.
I was wondering why they have to give there finished work after a few points in the process to have there boss look at it. It's because they are dealing with thousands of dollars worth of gold. And would be so easy for the employees to snip off some pieces and bring home later.. Then melt all the gold they collected and make a few thousand. If that is not the reason I have no clue why that guy has to look at it.
Cameraman, don't think it was the boss or Quality supervisor and a bit of a closer look at each stage. At 1:06:26 the solder joint is a bit rough and butchered looking Especially at the Caliber of this piece. During the setting up of the wire for the final 6 strands twisting, not having them all at the same length showed in the finished piece. Just my observations.
Most likely training as jewellers otherwise they wouldn’t need anyone to check it, once professional that’s it you do the job end of you know your quality is spot on. These young lads are training.

How much do your bracelets cost??
These people are doing a great job,and hard, they're really artists, and I'm asking you what's wrong with middle east?
Purple shirt guy's coke nail was amazing. It's hard to believe such beautiful jewelry comes from a shop so filthy. They can't afford a cleaning crew? There's no reason for a workshop to look that bad.
The shop is neat, clean and tidy for the type of work they do. A cleaning crew would increase the overhead. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
i just cannot believe they cannot hire someone else that don't do cocaine ...like if there no young motivate people out there that would be a better fit then gross coke guy!

Good creativity but poor finish in the closing welds.
How about a chain bracelet?
😊
no its not the best, how could you put it on if there is no lock on it
This jewelry are all gold plated they are not real gold, if this are real gold when you heat it up the gold separate from the metal, Gold are soft
That depends on the added metal and the temperature of the torch as well as how long it is heated. 24k vs 10k will melt at different rates.
Que guapos ❤🎉😮😅😊

Exactly!! my same Analogy.
Very well said 👍👍👍

It’s not junk or mass produced it’s a small business, get a job as a critic you wouldn’t make much money on YT.

Quality control maybe?
This was just for the video !!

Bayıldım 2inci bileziğe nerede satılıyor bu model acaba
Very nice❤❤❤❤
Cool it off first then put it in pickle. Skipping a step.
Nice men

caption falsely identified the brass they are using as gold
10~14gold aroud
عالی
Is that 14k gold ? If it is why is there tiny bits Everywhere even on the floor ?
Probably 22-24kt gold, you can tell by its color. They'll sweep it up and re-melt it.
👍
Totally unsafe pitch practices.
Are they real gold 🥇🪙?!!
Who the idiot who keeps checking everything out with every move the employees make
