Different between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh is the population density. Sri Lanka is a small but population is less than 30 million and Bangladesh is a small country as well but population is more than 160 millions . In term of economy Sri Lanka is a BMW car on the race but doesn't have money to pay for diesel and Bangladesh is tuktuk but making sure get the job done 😂.

Literacy standard is different in different country. In bangladesh you have to pass central exam at 5th grade then you can considered as literate. Also majority who don't considered literate are from older generation they did't had formal educational resource.
