    COMPANY PROFIT FOR EACH VILLA IS 2.5CRORES AFTER SELLING TO PEOPLE INVESTMENT OF COMPANY OF PER VILLA IS 1CRORE OR MAY BE LESS BECAUSE OF BUYING COMPLETE LAND AT A TIME

    Why all these Villa projects do not have Rain water harvesting tanks? Can it not be made more sustainable living than converting everything into concrete jungle.

    Hope they have proper security where there is no theft if the owner is travelling for 3-4 months. Which Broadband company has their network here. Do Swiggy, Zomato etc service these villas???

    There are many disadvantages because near to airport.
    Second cost is not able to bare by an employee who earn one lakh per month.

    All over the world people who constructed houses near airport have been suffering a lot.
    No sleep due to flights noise
    Health problems to kids and pregnent woman.
    Think before deciding.

      @@pavankpn5 Tata project will make villa project owners to lower the price. Also once villas of all on going projects will be ready- unsold property by all will lead to discount.

    2cr ekkuva because villae without interiors untadi and cost of construction max 2000 per sft untadi, land value calculation waste edi gated residential property non commercial so adi appreciation entha antha aiytadi ankovadam waste, 2cr kuda builder ki more than 100 percent profit aa estadi... final point airport side development aa ledu narsing lo 1500 per sq yard untae airport side 5000 unde 2001 lo but now naringi ekkada undi ee land value ekkada undi.

      @@JayaTV-Realestates I have a land close to butterfly junction highway facing project. Which is now around 35k to 40k max. Lb nagar 17km. TCS adibatla 7km. Collectorate 8km. They hype the price if u buy but if u wish to sell the price will be different.
