- This Cake was made with Love for my Grandma on her 90th birthday, but would be perfect for a spring wedding cake! For a shorter version of the Spring flower cake here: • Spring Flower wedding ...
It includes stacking and filling, as well as covering the cake in fondant and airbrushing a pearl luster.
After which, I included a good amount of piping and a little floral arrangement at the end made with sculpted sugar flowers (Gumpaste). (Sorry, I don't show how I made the flowers.)

@@auntiescakery yes they are, plus it takes a lot longer, so you have to have twice as much patience as you do with the big ones. Lately I've been seeing cakes with really big rose on the top. Seems like it was just a hurry up and get it done, without care how it taste like.

I’m not sure how I got sucked into watching cake decorating videos, considering that when I started watching videos today, I started out watching squirrels getting ejected from bird feeders, but hey! I’m here now and I’m READY.

Great work! Professional decorator and cake artist here....I can't believe some of the judgemental and rude comments on here! People truly do not realize how much work goes into making a cake...ANY cake, but especially a wedding cake! Sadly, I quit making cakes years ago...for a few reasons. But the main one was never getting paid what I was worth... or being appreciated. ( I did it out of my home, so no professional kitchen)..unless I could find affordable commercial space, on occasion. I have made hundreds of cakes in my time...I do still miss it a bit! I still have all of my equipment. But doubt I will go back to it sadly. 😉

Beautiful cake. I want to try my hand at making a wedding cake but I am sooooo nervous, but I need to give it go. Thanks for sharing this video what you are doing is hardwork and takes patience. I love to cook and bake. Baking is my favorite lol, you do what you love imperfections (mistakes) will happen you have MADD skills LOL. I will be looking forward to more of your videos:))
