I just finished my treatment for her2 positive hormone negative BC….i didn’t feel exhausted at all because of the steroids….but unfortunately I had my pituitary gland damaged from keytruda…so I have been on a steroid since, which I think is going to help during radiation….since it controls inflammation and the exhaustion….have to wait and see

My roommate is stage 4 cancer survivor. She took matters into her hands to research online like you and found so many helpful people who dramatically changed her life. She went from being confined to a wheelchair last year to being able to walk in then finally now running. Mediterranean diet was a huge benefit to changing her health. Her hair, grew back stronger and healthier too. Some things I have seen her consuming: Heating up a cup of tomato juice then adding a tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil to drink first thing in the morning and again 2 hours before going to sleep. Kiwi fruit Apples Broccoli Collard, turnip, and mustard greens (fresh, not the canned.) Green tea, black tea, and turmeric tea mixed together with 1 or 2 tablespoons organic raw honey. Black grapes Raw carrots (orange, white, yellow, and purple). Raw garlic cloves once or twice a day for 2-3 days per week. Baked chicken Beef Tuna Whole wheat bread I would advise you to check with your doctor before starting consuming anything on this list since some things could have a negative reaction to some medications and some other types of illnesses. I hope you get better too like she did. I don't usually be on RUclips much but when I get a chance to return I would love to know if diet worked for you too. I'll pray for you too. Have a great day.🥰
@@stephanietebay4401 She mentioned that she was going to try that one day but she haven't gotten around to buying a juicer yet. It might be more beneficial than cooking them in my opinion.
