Bullshit! Notre Dame is not our most beautiful nor our most famous cathedral! Our kings coronations took place in Reims,only Napoleon's coronation was held in Paris.Notre Dame was heavyly restored by Viollet le Duc during the nineteenth century,and there are few remains of the original stainglass and statues,even the famous spire was re-created in that period,the original one was dismanteled a century before because it was bout to fall down... Read history and stop telling lies?French peole love their cathedrals,but Notre Dame's fame is only due to the fact that it's situated in Paris,and that's all.
