    Thanks for uploading this! Having the narration gives a lot more detail and logic than the help documents provided online.

    This is a great tutorial and works in 2021 as well, but I do have an error that keeps getting thrown (unpredictably) when the two treatment paths recombine. "Could not send token to that activity. Container with input ports is not able to resolve to a single internal root activity to start when tokens are directed to that container."
    Could you please comment with a fix for this?

    why i can't find the bottom to switch the environment to HC ?

      The button is in the top-right corner, just below the Minimize/Restore/Close buttons (see 0:30). If you can't see a button in that location, you may be using an older version of FlexSim that doesn't support the HC modeling environment.

    plz help, i make 3 nurse and doctor, and then also make 10 patient. when i run, the proces run greats until the 4th patient, the patient keep coming but the nurse doesnt escort them, what i have to do to continues the proces until the 10th patient, plz help
