    Nice review, can’t beat imo the best soundtrack in the entire film industry in the background.
    picking mine up today, issued SAS one, has some battle damage on the cummerbund where the MBiTR pouch is where a faulty banger went fizz. Other than that looks brilliant.

    • @Jewifer333x2

      Their larger carriers have that harness system which is extremely well engineered. They transfer the carrier load off of your shoulders. Maybe not worth $700 but worth more than $400 for sure.

      @@Jewifer333x2700 dollars is the total system cost.
      Also CPC comes with a kangaroo pouch and the ability to have soft armor or hard armor in the cummerbund along with built in pouches.
      AVS is A La Carte more or less. You get what you pay for and you have to also think about R&R, labor, material cost and who is purchasing along with quantity at time of purchase.

    • @Jewifer333x2
      @Jewifer333x2 10 месяцев назад

      @@DZ4295DBW R&D costs become moot when the product's demand more or less plateaus or dwindles, which is why technology for instance, gets cheaper. You can only demand R&D costs for so long. I promise you they aren't paying davis-bacon level wages, so I promise you the overall cost has some brand name involvement.

      @@Jewifer333x2 Cheaper overtime if there's a sizable enough market. For CPCs, there isn't. How many people do you know, other than nerdy ass gear collectors, that want nor need a CPC? Oh yeah, that number is basically zero.
      If you don't like the price,.don't buy it. Simple as that. Also, they aren't mass manufactured. They aren't made on a conveyor system or made overseas. 🤷‍♂️
      So, personally...I've zero issue paying the price.
      Also compared the CPC or AVS to the Tyr DSX PIco....and you'll realize the price isn't that bad. 😉

      @@DZ4295DBW I own a CPC but I have owned several other carriers, and I live like 30 mins from Tyr's HQ. Sorry, I still think the cpc should be no more than $500. Especially considering the fucking harness always breaks along the flanks.

      Ive never had to use a chart from the website, ive only used the plates ive been issued as a reference. You could either order some dummy plates and see if they fit your chest, or you could maybe get measurements and see if crye has a chart. How much do you weight? And whats your hight?
