Soo Young is, and Imma tell you how did I knew that: First of all, Tiffany's voice sounds waay different, her tone is deeper and a little husky, something that Soo Young doesn't have in her voice. Actually, I can't even explain to myself how do you even thought it's Tiffany... Second, if it was Tiffany, she wouldn't sing it this way. As you know, she has bigger range of notes, especially in the high register, comparing to Soo Young, which is a contralto (the lowest female vocal range). As the high note that you're all talkin about is... like, close to the end of Soo Young's range, you can hear it kinda shrill. If Tiffany really sang that, it would sound more stable and husky, because it's around the middle of her range. And third, the pronunciation. Yeah, basicly, that's all, but enough to know Soo Young did it herself. Hope you can also tell them apart from now on :)
