I did a 5 yard warp in dish towel cotton. I wove 4 towels and a table runner. Two of the towels were good enough to enter in the fair and both got blue ribbons! It made it worth it. That warp seemed to take forever to finish! And I had fun practicing and kearning different patterns.
from Gerry- Very smart to make 2 of 1 warp. The warping is tedious to me. I saw a woman who had made a poncho out of 2 pieces which she sewed together in the front and the back leaving the fringe in place. It was very attractive. They look totally different. Well done. Blessings.
