Thanks for covering the basics. I got into bikes in as an adult and had to figure out all the stupid little things on my own( you can find a total rebuild of a top end no prob but not the simple things). You and Taco have cleared up many things that you just don't get in a owners manual.
• I use small wooden wedges to separate brake pads with wheel off. • I use a T-handle to ‘jam’ chain and pull axle forward. • I put a very thin film of grease on 3 areas of axle with marks from contact.
Do not buy the Zip-ty racing rear guard. The fit and finish is terrible as set out in the video at 11:23. There are many other better options which do not have this issue.
Where I worked in industry we had Loctite rep come and show us their products and told us Permatex owns Loctite this was 2010. Just so you know no idea if the CEO of Loctite is still on the payroll.

Try going to "Tokyo Offroad", best vids on these things in the entire universe.
Thank you for the videos! Some of us are not mechanics and really appreciate them. I bought one for my KTM & Husky.

Great video. I really appreciate your instruction even on simple things that you may take for granted everyone knows how to do.
Thank you for these videos. Simple and very informative. Awesome
My pleasure!
Good instructions thanks Jeff!

Jeff, Do you recommend greasing the axle?
Always lightly grease the axle. Thisaxle probably already had grease on it.
