The opening song is as good as the ending song. Truly China makes one of the best film up-to-date, technically excellent, breath-taking effects, perfect casting and emotionally heartfelt storyline.
seriously? the CGI was bonkers, it was so bad you could laugh out loud. The audio mixing was ridiculous, you could tell exactly where they re-dubbed certain scenes or lines, sometimes one half of a sentence had a totally different audio quality. This is a very good series in general, in terms of storyline and acting, but the TECHNICAL aspects are ridiculously bad.
I've watched a lot of Asian dramas, but I could say Guardian has the best soundtrack I've ever encountered in a drama. This opening theme will always be iconic to me.

I'm an Italian fan of this singer. Xueran Chen's voice makes the drama even more wonderful. I love this drama is his voice. I have to admit that one of the reason I love about "The Guardian" is because of this song. I rarely skip the intro when I was watching the show. 😝
