Lookin back at this. I’ll have another crack at a theory for the next episode of this AU. This will probably be a bit far fetched but I’ll try. We see that in the next episode Glitchtrap tells WT!William about a “hell”.
“If you would have just let me take full control I could have escaped this hell!” Before that a key that looks akin to the key that was given to WT!Charlie is shown to be in front of William with Glitch telling William to take it. And you told me theres a reason for the background. At first I just assumed that the glitching is just an effect however looking at it again I think I have come up with another conclusion. This is WT!Cassidys *hell* . The reason I came up with this is because
1. We haven’t seen her hell at all. It was only mentioned a handful of times.
2. You stated there to be a reason for the background.
3. Other AUs could have their own “hell” for cassidy. I thought it was a physical dimension. However if it’s like canon(to a degree) then this is in Williams head. Which would explain the key as that’s the same key given to Charlie and the one she used in her mind.
3. Cassidy hasn’t shown her human form ever since tormenting William. She may give William memories and would have a build up to this.
4. Glitchtrap is essentially what Cassidy thought William to be. So if she were to trap him in hell it would make some sense as now she can torture the correct person now.
This is most likely not true. But it was worth a shot.

Regarding aging of the souls in this AU. Do you have a way it works. Because aging is literally just our bodies changing overtime and eventually deteriorating to old age. For a spirit, this should be impossible. I understand AUs can have their own rules, but if this has similar physics and anatomy to real life, then How is this possible? And is there a point where they stop aging as spirits, or do they eventually dwell into old age and even beyond that point where they look like a senior.
Welp. Another cool video. Though won't this completely nullify everything you said about relationships a few videos ago?
The FNAF crew having their five senses back will be a miracle in a sense. And from a certain perspective; Henry's reveal resolves the sad tragedy that Charlotte was willing to accept. Although it sounds great to move on and accept what you are so that it doesn't drown you in pain. Ultimately if you never have to experience that devoid of senses it would be much better. Henry showing up and throwing a twist against what Charlotte and the others have decided to do turns the situation around. Now they CAN go forward without looking back; knowing that they'll be able to experience the delights of being human once again even if they are only imitating humans.
The Original ending of this story could have been the FNAF crew living inside the old pizzeria despite everything that occurred. But William solves that issue by inviting them to his household.
The next ending results in accepting what they are, but at the cost of never knowing what it would be like. Reassuring themselves that what they are doesn't matter so long as they are a family, they can achieve some happiness. Being together creates a stronger bond. However...
Henry's ending is that neither occurs. He makes it so that they won't live in misery and won't live with accepting a devoid of senses. In essence, they are set free without having to move on. Consider this an ending on par with setting their souls free. Free of the animatronic prisons they have lived in for decades. Free of the curse of not being able to feel anything. They will live amongst humans and pay back two fold what they missed. Whatever result in their life comes to will be of their choosing. But let's say that the endings don't stop there.
Also, I foreshadowed this already before. If you go back to "Frenemy" You'll see Henry talking over the phone with an employee of the new Fazbear Entertainment. That last scene, although hard to make out, shows the shadows of the robots Henry introduced in this video. The last thing he says even reinforces this fact.

this au aged like shit cause glitchtrap/burntrap just got revealed to be an endoskeleton called mimic. Who is only evil because his creator hit him a couple times.
This AU aged fine, since it has absolutely nothing to do with the canon of the game series. Like, I get it, but whatever gets revealed in the future has no effect on the story.
Bro, go find someone who cares. If you don't like this AU, go find one of the three million different AUs that do interest you. Cause many of those don't have a Mimic either.
And? as an AU of the Classic timeline(the canon one), whatever is revealed to be canon will have 0 relation to something with its own *Seperate* canon.
If you want canon, then watch any of matpats' theories or play the games.
But asking for canon in an AU is like selling your car for gas money. ☠️☠️
