I want it too 😂. I know she did to be prepared for Eurovision boxeo/ a sport which it's like boxeo but martial. Run everyday for a long time with a special mask. Meditation every day for 3 hours (but this is something that she does as routine, not only for Eurovision) and she doesn't say more. About what she had been eating she said that a lot of chicken and broccoli as diet (obviously more food but that two the most) and blueberry as a fruit that she has always eaten because she likes them very much.
