Welcome to the first episode of "I Used To Hate" featuring this Fear & Hunger "Fangame" or let's say heavily inspired by Fear & Hunger.
This is a style of video that I will try my best to make as if I'm making a review or reviewing a certain media (mostly games) that I used to hate a lot in the past and it suddenly became something interesting and fun to me.
Materialization of Memories... It is a game that I've struggled a lot to review and even playthrough it since It has a lot of flaws that completely pushed me away from the experience judging it heavily due to a lot of things that it does as well as the badly translated text that is in English.
However, this game started with hatred and developed into an interest that I have to say is deep enough for me to recommend it to people.
Not only it's a game that I enjoy playing it every now and then, but I honestly think if people are interested in Fear And Hunger like games then they should definitely give this one a try. Yes it might look weird and bothersome to a few, however, this genuinely has some mechanics that make the whole experience entertaining.

Well that skill proves it, women are objectively more powerful, no wonder Marina decided to switch teams😅
Women tend to be able to develop abdominal muscles easier, so yeah the pelvis and abdomen overall should be stronger than that of males
She was so real for that.
Considering what marina's intro story says, i'd say more that she accepted the team autobalance rather than deliberately switching teams

6:50 - hilarious, because getting kicked in the groin is guaranteed to make you lose your breath and to roll on the floor from how insanely painful it is.
Also, the game seems to be taking inspiration and from S.T.A.L.K.E.R titles with including the anomalies and artifacts spawning from them. It's pretty nice mechanic.

Having seen your personal rollercoaster with this game (loving/hating it) this was indeed a surprising video. Also, Frapollo needs to get on the code with his MAWEEN tools so we can see what kind of spaghetti code we are dealing with.

😅 ohh this game. Title it "prepare to die". If the kind of game where you will die over & over until you get it down perfectly. Like the first time i play demon/dark souls 😂 i already told myself i will die over & over. I had to get that money set so i wouldn't get bored or sad about it. It's a hard learning curve until you get in doen perfectly. Do this game has a demo

true buut it's a kick and based on the kick's angle and average velocity it would definitely do more damage to a man than to a woman but a punch .. in the situation in which you would be able to punch the groin you would def be able to cause more damage and a woman would feel it way more than a man.

Some of the writings in the game are in Russian language. I wonder why...
Pretty sure the developer is Ukranian so the writing is prolly Ukranian.. Most Ukranian vocabulary is the same as the Russian one but not all of it.

The dev is from Ukraine, so it's kinda expected that non-English writings are there.
The game's setting is based on the USSR, so that's why. All of the equipment is soviet and uses russian names, too, albeit with some alterations

It's hard to make a game during a war and also :) RPG MAKER 🙏but yeah I can agree with the game is shit but it's the funny, enjoyable type of shit a hidden gem you may say.

indeed it has it's charm and the dev is chill I like how he tries to incorporates the misty day aesthetic into the game .. sadly failing but of course this is a fault of Rpg maker really.
