Item title reads - Come a sailing! with our cameraman, aboard Sir Thomas Lipton's famous yacht "Shamrock" at Plymouth Royal Regatta. Plymouth, Devon.

It seems to me that the yacht is Shamrock IV, unsuccessful challenger in the 13th America's Cup held in 1920. The original Shamrock (without a number) was a cruising yacht that I believe never raced.
