    Hi David, would you please shade a little on what exactly does a "cut off or drop off" mean in a VBT program?

      Cut off would be an absolute velocity, e.g stop @ 0.30m/s. Drop off would be % of the initial rep’s m/s lost during a set, e.g. terminate a set when you’ve lost 15% of the initial rep’s velocity.

    Why not do atg so you can have more bounce? then faster?

    Bro your lifts are slow af, 0.2mm/s(3:35)? That's like an hour per rep.
