That means the tso session is already running. you need to end the session first OR restart the mvs.

Yes, since cryptoterm is free only for 30 days.
getting an error like this: an error is encountered while connecting to server: localhost ERROR CODE: 10061 Server is not available.
First start MVS it takes some time, then start mainframe through terminal

You can practice CICS , VSAM Assembler , COBOL68 and you don’t need separate TSO
