Hey, I studied from some other educator In Unacademy previously for Nov 22 exams but unfortunately couldn't clear the exams and many of my concepts are not clear in DT..
So do you suggest that I re-learn DT from Nish10 bhaiyya from scratch and strengthen my DT for May23 or should I again watch from my old educator from his recorded lectures (since he is not in Unacademy anymore ..)...

If i have house with 3 floor and 2 floor are self occupied and 3 floor are rented out so in this case 2 floor are treated as 2 sop and 3rd one is 1 lop ?

Sir in the last question it should be 210000 because for gross annual value we take the higher among estimated rent and actual rent. Estimated rent is 210000 and actual rent is 180000 so we should take 210000.please reply.

-If unrealied rent is given why don't we get exempt like VMR as we have shown the right rent if not received it's not our fault
