As far as i saw the power difference between Rank A and S are either small or non existant, Anby for example is powerful when it comes to stunning enemies, specially if you use her charged combo (3x basic attack, special attack, basic attack)
@@myng7177 all gatcha games are like that at the start, less so in hoyo ones but still the level of difference will change a lot over time with new limited ones sadly. Support 4 stars or rank A always stay good but the dmg dealer 4 stars or rank A never hold up. I hope this is not true for this one but all dmg dealer low star characters in hoyo games hold up really badly. to the high stars or ranks.

The only problem so far is that skills require soooo much energy and investment compared to everything else building a character. I love the music store mechanic for drives
