I bought some soap at L'Occitane in KL (Nu Sentral) and a travel size perfume at Sephora (Nu Sentral) and the salespeople were pretty efficient, knowing their product lines well. Of course I did my own online research beforehand so I already narrowed my choices. The prices were slightly cheaper (no CA almost 10% sales tax was a plus) but it would be better if the USD to MYR exchange rates were better at the time.
