One of the best on that album
90's in flames is loved because it's part of the creation of melodic death metal. The 2000s introduced alternative metal to their sound starting with Reroute To Remain. It pissed some fans off. In the 2010s their sound got even more gradually radio-friendly sounding.
If you like alt metal, you're probably gonna like the newer In Flames more. Old 90's stuff was more like Iron Maiden fused with death metal, more old school sounding, though Colony and Clayman sounded a bit more modern. Jester Race and Whoracle sounded more raw and had Folk Metal influences, hence the Hobbit vibes you get. Lots of swedish folk influences. You can still hear it sometimes in new In Flames too though.
